By accessing or using Ponaflow (ponaflow.com, app.ponaflow.com, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Ponaflow provides a platform for building and hosting no-code flows. You can create workspaces, projects, and pages, connect webhooks, and publish to your own domain. When you enable authentication on a project, visitors must sign in before accessing the project.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and publish. You must not use Ponaflow for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to distribute harmful content. When you enable authentication, you agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR) for end-user data.

4. Account and data

You maintain ownership of your content. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, overload our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ponaflow's platform, branding, and technology remain our property. You retain rights to the content you create. We do not claim ownership of your projects or workflows.

Ponaflow is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
