Your rights regarding your personal data

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by Ponaflow.

Right of access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, if so, to access that data. You can request a copy of your data by contacting privacy@ponaflow.com. We will respond within one month.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected. You can update your username and workspace content directly in the builder. For other data, contact privacy@ponaflow.com.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances (e.g. when the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or the processing was unlawful). Contact privacy@ponaflow.com to request erasure. Note: we may need to retain some data for legal or contractual reasons.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller. You can export your workspace configuration from the builder. For a full data export, contact privacy@ponaflow.com.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your data in certain situations (e.g. while we verify accuracy or you object to processing).

Right to object

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence if you believe our processing violates data protection law.

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@ponaflow.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within one month. For end-users of authenticated projects: the project owner (builder) may also process your data; you may need to contact them for data they receive via webhooks.
